Client agrees to retain Lien One to provide the research services set forth below (the “Services”) and Lien One agrees to provide the Services to Client.
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment and results are delivered to the email address provided on request (Orders for payments received after 4:30 PM will be processed the next business day). The average
turnaround time for delivery is 2-7 business days upon receipt of payment and Lien One, Inc. will make every attempt to deliver search results as quickly as possible.
Term and Termination. This Agreement is based upon a “fee for service”. Payment is due and payable upon receipt of invoice and all payments are final. No Cancellations.
We also a apply a convenience fee, which is 3% + $0.30 of the amount being charged. This amount (convenience fee) is non-refundable also.
Order will be processed upon receipt of payment, any order remaining unpaid within 48 hours of invoicing shall be considered null and void. In the event of any litigation as a result of nonpayment, the prevailing
party shall be entitled to all costs and attorney fees.
Warranties and Representations: Our research is based upon the information provided on the order request by the requesting party. Client understands and agrees that all information, records and data is compiled as
received from the applicable governing: municipalities (Lien Search) or board members, management companies and/or attorneys (HOA/Condominium Estoppels). Lien One, Inc. represents and warrants to Client that all
services provided by Lien One, Inc. to Client under this Agreement shall be performed in a professional and competent manner and Client represents and warrants to Lien One, Inc. that all information provided by
Client to Lien One, Inc. is true and accurate in all material respects.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, CLIENT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT NO INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SITE IS OR SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS LEGAL ADVICE, LEGAL OPINIONS OR LEGAL RECOMMENDATIONS. CLIENT
UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE RESEARCH AND INFORMATION OBTAINED DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A FULL TITLE SEARCH, OR GUARANTEED CONDITION OF TITLE AND CLIENT SHOULD NOT RELY UPON THE RESEARCH WITHOUT CONSULTING AN ATTORNEY
OR TITLE AGENT AUTHORIZED TO EXAMINE TITLE.
Confidential Information: The Client and Lien One, Inc. mutually agree not to disclose to or use for the benefit of any person, corporation, other entity, or themselves any proprietary trade secrets or other
confidential information concerning the business, Clients, methods, operations, financing, employees, services, operation or marketing of each other.
Force Majeure: Neither Lien One, Inc. nor Client shall be responsible for any loss or delay of performance resulting from causes beyond its control and without its fault or negligence.

Utilities: Water, Sewer, Storm Water, Solid Waste
Other Municipal/County Debts
Open and Expired Permits
HOA/Condominium Association Estoppels
